A screen is any single display device managed through SyncDisplay — whether it's an Android tablet, a Fire TV Stick, or a commercial display panel. Each physical device counts as one screen.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Absolutely. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
Do you offer volume discounts?

What hardware do I need?
SyncDisplay works with any Android device (tablets, media players, commercial displays) and Amazon Fire TV Sticks. We also offer a certified hardware programme with pre-configured devices.
Can I white-label the platform?
Yes. Our Business and Enterprise plans include white-label capabilities. The full MSP programme with custom branding, sub-accounts, and commission structures is available on the Enterprise plan.
How does billing work?
You are billed per screen per month. Choose monthly billing for flexibility or annual billing to save 20%. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure Stripe payment gateway. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice or bank transfer.
